Our team is seeking a highly motivated and independent researcher with professional experience in bioinformatics, who has a deep scientific interest in human and medical genetics. The welcomed candidate is fascinated by the challenges related to top-international level research to clarify the genetic causes of infertility and reproductive health disturbances. The tasks involve large-scale genetic data analysis in the framework of PRG1021 project and participation in the collaborative research actions of the team, both locally and internationally. The research fellow is involved in the implementation of raw NGS datasets, bioinformatics and statistical analysis of human medical genetic/genomic datasets.

The research fellow participates in research projects of the human genetics group by pursuing and contributing in both, individual and team-based research in reproductive genetics.
