The Opportunity The School of Biomedical Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Education Focused) academic to join the team. This position will make significant contributions to the teaching efforts in the Bachelor of Biomedical Science programs contributing to a range of activities associated with the development and delivery of curriculum. This includes coordinating and/or contributing to innovative teaching and educational programs, such as Work-Integrated Learning (student industry placements). Ideally, we are seeking someone with qualifications and/or experience recognised by the University as appropriate for biomedical science. A position at this level may require a doctoral qualification or equivalent research and teaching experience. In determining experience relative to qualifications, regard is had to teaching experience, experience in research, experience outside tertiary education, creative achievement, professional contributions and/or contributions to technical achievement. Applicants should ideally have industry experience or experience with Work Integrated Learning. This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
