Directive 95/46/EC (further: GDPR), we wish to inform that Bioloxy secures your personal data in the course of performing contracts, as well as provides all persons whose data is subject to processing exhaustive information regarding the scope and manner of data processing.

Personal data, in accordance with GDPR, constitute information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our website, such data consists of, for example: your data provided in the contact form, your data provided in the registration form, the e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter or another service offered by Bioloxy. The provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and process your inquiry while failing to provide the above shall result in an inability to respond.

Persons who have provided their e-mail address for that purpose are provided by Bioloxy with the newsletter services. Provision of data is required to render the newsletter services, while failure to provide data results in the inability to send the newsletters. You may at any time withdraw from being sent the newsletters using the “Unsubscribe” function located footer of every message sent as part of the newsletters. Personal Data in this instance are processed: in order to provide the newsletter distribution services, directing marketing content to you as part of the newsletters, for analytical and statistical purposes.

Please note that entry of your personal data together with any supporting documentation, shall constitute your acceptance of the processing of your data by Bioloxy and you hereby confirm that Bioloxy has right to process any of your personal data disclosed to Bioloxy, solely for recruitment purposes (newsletter services), in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and all national and international laws.
