Research EnvironmentThe successful candidate will join the Nutrition, Microbiome and Metabolomics Research Group, led by Associate Professor Henrik Munch Roager, conducting metabolomics and cohort/intervention studies related to nutrition, microbiome, and health. The research group is affiliated with the Copenhagen Gut Microbiome Hub, which connects leading scientists and industry professionals dedicated to leveraging the gut microbiome to improve health.
