The candidate will focus on establishing phage immunoprecipitation sequencing (PhIP-seq) to characterize antibody responses to viral pathogens and autoimmune antigens in animals. This includes phage library design, library generation, immunoprecipitation, next generation sequencing library preparation and interpretation of sequencing data. Other employed methods are ELISA, single cell RNA-seq and B- and T-cell receptor sequencing. The candidate will work closely with researchers and clinicians from different fields and specialties.
