Applications are invited for a research assistant to join a world-renowned mouse genetics laboratory lead by Professor Allan Bradley in the Department of Medicine at the University of Cambridge. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a major genetic engineering project to humanize key components of the cellular adaptive immune system with the potential of therapeutic and vaccine development application.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate with an interest in applying and developing their skills in molecular biological and cell culture techniques. The role requires proficiency in DNA cloning, PCR, qPCR and aseptic for tissue culture. Experience in immunological laboratory techniques (e.g. FACs and ELISA) would also be desirable. A willingness to work with mice is essential.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 October 2023 in the first instance.
