Research Assistant Position in Wearable Sensor Technology

We are seeking to hire a motivated candidate with background in engineering to work on
wearable sensors related projects. Our lab works on developing wearable sensing
technology with applications in the areas of physiological signal monitoring, tactile sensing,
gait analysis and disease diagnosis. Candidate will have the opportunity to work on these
various areas of research and be involved in the design and fabrication of sensors as well as
collaborating with our clinical partners on the testing and validation of these devices.

Applicant should have:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical
engineering, electrical engineering or biomedical engineering
• Experience in sensor technology and/or flexible electronics is preferred
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Organized and responsible team member
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
